The ceremony and reception will take place at The Estate at Cherokee Dock in Lebanon, TN. Lebanon sits about 30 miles east of downtown Nashville off I‑40 and roughly 20 miles northwest of Gallatin, making it an easy drive for guests traveling from the city or nearby towns. We have reserved room blocks in both Nashville and Gallatin depending on whether you prefer staying in the city or closer to the venue. Additionally, the Nashville Metro area has an abundance of hotel choices, Airbnb and Vrbo options depending on your preference.
TRANSPORTATION
Nashville International Airport
The Nashville International Airport is conveniently located approximately 8 miles from downtown Nashville and 30 miles from Gallatin. All rideshares and car rentals are readily available from the airport.
*Little Rock now has two daily flights on Southwest Airlines to and from Nashville.
Signature Transportation Services
Transportation will be available to and from the wedding for guests staying in Nashville, with shuttle pick-up and return to The Hermitage Hotel. Guests staying elsewhere in the city may still use the shuttle, but will need to arrange transportation to The Hermitage for pick-up. More details regarding the shuttle will be included in the formal wedding invitation.
You must RSVP for the shuttle on the wedding website in order to secure a seat.
The shuttles will begin loading at 4:00 and Depart from The Hermitage Hotel at 4:15 Sharp! There will be one early return shuttle at 9:00 and the remaining shuttles will depart at 11:00 after the Grand Departure of the Bride & Groom.
Transportation will also be available at the Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton Inn at Gallatin. You will need to RSVP on the wedding website prior to August 7 if you plan to use the transportation. Pick-ups will begin at 4:20 and then 4:45. There will be an early departure at 8:45 and then a final departure at 11:00.

The Hermitage Hotel
The Promo Code rate at The Hermitage is a 25% room discount which should give you an average room rate of $370 per night. You apply the code, MRD26, in the Box that says Corporate/Promo Code, NOT the Group Code. It is important that you then hit the APPLY Button for the Promo Code to be Applied. The average Room Rate will increase closer to the date of the desired reservation and as the occupancy of the hotel increases, thus for the best room rate, Booking Early will provide a more advantageous room rate and is important!
Hotel Indigo Nashville - the Countrypolitan by IHG
The Hotel Indigo, Countrypolitan, is located in downtown Nashville - Printers Alley. It is a 5 minute walk to The Hermitage Hotel where the shuttle to wedding will pick- up and return. The rate to the hotel will show $339 plus a $25 room fee; however, the $25 room fee will be removed at check-in.
The last day to make a reservation in room block is August 14.

TownePlace Suites Nashville Downtown/Capitol District is a comfortable hotel that offers warm Southern hospitality located near the buzz of Music City and just a 10 minute walk or 3-5 minute Uber ride to The Hermitage Hotel, where the shuttle to the wedding will pick-up and return. The rate for a King Bed Studio with an additional sofa bed is $219 per night plus a $20 destination charge that can be used towards food and beverage credit, 2 welcome drinks in the bar, wi-fi, etc. Breakfast is also included in the rate. The last day to book a room in the reservation block is August 11.
